Fees & Insurance
We operate on a private-pay model and we are unable to accept insurance. This allows us to provide prompt access to services for families without having to wait months or even years for an appointment.
After the appointments, we will generate a Superbill that will allow you to seek reimbursement from your insurance. Please reach out to your insurance company to inquire about their process for out-of-network reimbursement.

Hello, I'm Dr. Ken Reimer and for the last 14 years, my passion has been helping families just like yours find clarity. I know that when you have questions about your child's development, the uncertainty can be overwhelming. That's why I focus exclusively on providing thorough, compassionate evaluations for autism and learning differences.
My decade of experience as a school psychologist gave me a unique insight into how children navigate their worlds, both at home and in the classroom. I believe in a collaborative, 'less formal' approach where you feel heard and understood.
My goal isn't just to give you a report; it's to give you a roadmap and the confidence to take the next best step for your child.

Hello, I’m Becky Otis, a Registered Psychology Associate and Nationally Certified School Psychologist. For more than 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and their families as they navigate questions about development, learning, and emotional wellbeing. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you’re searching for answers about your child, and my goal is to help bring clarity and reassurance to that process.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of school districts and, most recently, in the behavioral health division of a pediatric practice. This has given me a broad perspective on how children grow and thrive, from preschool through college.
At Developmental Psychology Services, I focus on providing comprehensive assessments that help you understand your child’s strengths and vulnerabilities. I also offer parenting support and individual therapy, during daytime hours. My approach is collaborative and supportive. I want you to feel empowered and confident as you take the next steps for your child.
